Professional Who’s Who / Professional Who’s Who Networking Association (“Professional Who’s Who,” “we,”

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law
principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New
York for the resolution of any disputes arising from or relating to the Service or these Terms.
